Holly Champagne, Director of Data Partnerships & Acquisition
Holly received her Ph.D. in Justice, Law, & Criminology from American University and earned her J.D., with a special certificate in Criminal Law, from DePaul College of Law. Her professional experience spans multiple criminal justice agencies, including prior roles as an Office Manager handling records and administration at the Alma Department of Public Safety, as an Intelligence Specialist at the Detroit Police Department, and as a student attorney at both the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago and at the Clare County Prosecutor’s Office in Michigan.
